The Human Resources Department serves as a strategic partner to the City of Alvarado, supporting the organization and the employees who keep it running. Human Resources manages all aspects of the employee experience and serves as the custodian of employee records.
In partnership with the City Manager, Human Resources administers various policies and initiatives that support organizational development, compliance, and a positive culture. We are continuously analyzing market trends and providing leadership with guidance and opportunities for improvement.
We strive to recruit, develop, and retain a talented and valued workforce to provide the highest level of service to our residents, community, and each other.
